Arlou Fitness was established in 2016 and we are now recognized as one of the top fitness and active rehabilitation companies in Vancouver. We have extensive background in active rehabilitation and our training style heavily focuses on functionality. We love helping people achieve their fitness and health goals, and we consider ourselves extremely lucky to do this for a living. MARK ARLOU - THE HEAD TRAINER AND FOUNDER (BKIN, NSCA-CSCS, AND PRACTICING KINESIOLOGIST)
I began my career at the University of British Columbia. While completing my studies in Kinesiology and Health Sciences, I spent numerous hours working as an athletic trainer on the UBC Baseball team and had the privilege of collaborating with some of the best S&C coaches and Physical Therapists in Canada. I quickly earned the respect of my peers in the field and became a mentor to many individuals in the training community. After I graduated from UBC, I dedicated the next few years of my life to acquiring more skills and experience working with a variety of populations. I worked at the best fitness studios in Vancouver and made my name known quickly in the city
